Marvin F. L. Hensen
Marvin works as Chief Technology Officer for GOCI, a technology start-up in Indonesia, and focuses on applied artificial intelligence in the financial industry with a specialization in automated trading systems and quantitative risk management. In his previous professional life, Marvin worked as a business consultant specialized in digital strategy and used to work as a teaching assistant for Harvard University, supporting courses in leadership and organizational behavior.
He holds three degrees in computer science, holds a master’s degree in management from Harvard University, won the fast.ai fellowship in artificial intelligence, holds a professional certificate in quantitative trading, holds a professional certificate in disruptive innovation from Harvard Business School, and, in 2019, completed the competitive “Deep Technology Bootcamp” at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
In his rare spare time, Marvin dances the Argentine Tango.
